As a Business & Performance Consultant, Cesar specializes in supporting small business founders through outsourced sales and marketing management, pipeline development, and revenue growth strategies. He also serves as a Deal Flow Advisor with Bay Angels and a Growth Advisor with the Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator. His client portfolio includes Godwin Capital, Enterprise Cloud Solutions, Blackthorn, Equinix, Avis Budget Group, and ATP Group.
Doug Gray

Doug Gray is an accomplished international business leader with more than 40 years of experience in global investment, economic development, and strategic growth. He has held leadership roles bridging cross-border opportunities, including serving as Managing Director – North America at Godwin Capital, where he connected investors between North America and the UK property market.
Earlier in his career, Doug founded Corporate Link International in New York City, spent nearly two decades as Director North America at Sector Global, and held a key post at Dun & Bradstreet International Marketing. His education at the American College of Switzerland and the University of Toronto shaped his global perspective and cultural fluency. Doug specializes in building strategic partnerships, managing high-value investments, and guiding international market entry strategies.

Mabel Valdiviezo is an accomplished filmmaker and video production professional with more than 18 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the founder of Haiku Films, she produces and directs social impact stories, bringing technical expertise and creative vision to every stage of production.
She has collaborated with organizations such as Stanford University, Oracle, and Discovery Digital Networks, creating projects ranging from AI and machine learning course content to multilingual customer testimonials. Certified in Video Production and Motion Graphics from the Bay Area Video Coalition, Mabel is skilled in programs like Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and After Effects.
A former leader with the National Association of Latino Independent Producers and Bay Area Women in Film & Media, she brings a multicultural perspective and a strong commitment to social impact storytelling.
